...proudly presents The St. Margaret's Summer Music Festival, a comprehensive music education experience for students of all ages and ability levels, with dedicated programs for Preschool, K-12, College/University, and Adults, from June 20, 2016 through July 1, 2016.
The festival courses cover a wide range of areas in instrumental music, with future plans to offer vocal music. Our programs are collaborative in nature, and we encourage students to participate in multiple disciplines.

Each year, our festival takes place in the beautiful Performing Arts Center on the campus of St. Margaret's Episcopal School, centered around the stellar acoustics of the 450-seat Marcus D. Hurlbut Theater, and dozens of customized spaces for rehearsals, lessons, and practice. The facility opened in 2012, and is paired with a technology-enhanced campus space, the new Maseeh Middle School building.
Founded in 1979, St. Margaret’s is the premier, independent, college-preparatory day school in Orange County, serving 1,245 students in preschool through grade 12. St. Margaret’s is situated on a picturesque 22-acre campus in San Juan Capistrano, California, with dedicated campuses for each school division, modern classrooms and facilities, including a performing arts center, science and technology labs, library, athletics fields and gymnasiums. We are pleased to partner with Community Youth Orchestra of Southern California, a 501(c)3 non-profit arts education organization based in Irvine, California, to present our Orchestra, Suzuki String, and Solo String programs.
